Basic Gym Etiquette

  • Please sign your COVID Waiver electronically before attending your first class. You cannot participate in classes without having first done so.
  • Do not attend class if you are sick OR if you have been around anyone that is sick within the past 24 hours.
  • Wash or sanitize hands regularly.
  • If you are suffering from seasonal allergies, please disclose this to us and do your best to take all necessary precautions to ensure personal hygiene is controlled.
  • Continue to practice social distancing.
  • Masks are required before and after class.

Class and Operation Protocols

  • Class participation is by reservation only. You will NOT be allowed to participate if you did not reserve a spot in class. If you have issues with our reservation system, please reach out to us and we can help with reservations.
  • Class size is limited. Please BE ON TIME or CANCEL your reservation as early as possible if you do not plan on attending.
  • We cannot have crowds congregate in or around the entrance. You must wait outside until 5 to 10 minutes prior to class. Try to stagger entrance if you see other members entering.
  • Sanitize hands upon arrival.
  • Proceed directly to an open Workout Station.
  • Changing rooms are closed for the time being. Come dressed and prepared to workout.
  • Please limit items brought into the gym, such as large gym backs or accessories. Bring any belongings with you directly to your station. Do not leave personal items in the lobby area
  • Face coverings are required, but may be removed only when exercising behind screens. Please remember to bring one to class. 
  • There will be no sharing of equipment.
  • Stay within your Workout Station during class.
  • Once class is over, wipe down used equipment with supplies provided. Please collect all personal belongings and leave the gym promptly. Staff will need to clean the facility.
